One assignment that God laid on my heart is the ministry overseas with a community of women in Pakistan.  This ministry that I lovingly call Freedom Overseas will continue under Sister Could, Inc.  We will continue to hold our monthly women's meetings via zoom and we plan to expand to multiple meetings a month as the ministry grows.

We have been working with Lubna in taking steps to open Threads of Hope Sewing School in Lahore, Pakistan. Our vision is to provide high- quality sewing skills training to women in the community.  Our prayer is to give women an opportunity to develop valuable skills & knowledge to earn a sustainable income.  And our hope is to create a community of Christian women who walk in their identities as new creations in Christ Jesus, bold,  courageous and on fire for God.

As of today, we have raised $1600 in donations for Threads of Hope.  We have been able to purchase 10 sewing machines along with supplies and raw materials for 10 women.  There is still much to be done with securing and setting up a facility, hiring an instructor as well as a manager for the first location. With our business plan, we anticipate that each location will be self sustainable within 2 years.  We have only just begun, but with the leading of the Holy Spirit and your support we are creating hope for these women according to Jeremiah 29:11.
